Provera help!

Has anyone got any experience of taking provera and how soon AF comes afterwards?
I took 10mg twice a day for 5 days and took my last one Saturday night, so I'm on day 3 after finishing. I'm feeling all hormonal and emotional, and I can feel light cramps going on down there, but no sign of the lovely witch yet?!
Does this sound normal? I just want her to hurry up so I can start clomid, and I know I'm not imagining these cramps but it just seems odd that there's no blood yet.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, hope you're all having a better day than me xxx

I havent had provera, but have had norethisterone and from my understanding they pretty much do the same thing. My AF took 12 days to arrives after taking my last tablet but I think around a week is considered the norm xxx

I have taken provera twice. First cycle I had very lightly spotting 4 days after last tablet. Counted that as I was told that my lining was very thin. 2nd time I took it I phoned the fertility dr after 7 days as I had no bleeding. Was told to wait till day 10 then phone again which I did. At this point I had to go in for a scan and take a hpt to ensure I wasnt pregnant (yeah chance would a fine thing). Scan confirmed my lining was too thin for a bleed so told to take clomid that day.

Long winded really but from that I imagine that as they made me wait ten days then that would be considered the appropriate wait time.

Thanks - I think my lining is pretty thin too, it was during my last scan anyway and havent ovulated since then. I just hope I can manage some sort of bleed so I can start the clomid soon. Still getting light cramps too, it's all very odd. Oh if only we could be normal hey!

Hey hun, ive taken provera 5mg twice a day for 5 days.. I got AF 16 daysafter my last tablet, felt awful had cramps and bloated most of the time.. I had spotting one night thought it was AF but it went and came 3 days later properly.. Good luck, hope she arrives soon! xx

I'm on day 5 after taking them now and stil nothing, agh I hate waiting!! It's so frustrating when you've been through so much to get the drugs and can't bloody take them yet!! Agh! But on a positive, it's advent, yey! Who's has their chocolate already?! Xxx
