Hi all.
I'm 15+3 with MCDA twins.
And my head is just working over time. I already have 2 children boy 10 girl 7 and am worrying about how I'm going to cope with another 2. The thought of having 3 frightened me a little but when we found out it was twins I nearly passed out.
I've had very bad sickness wich seems to b easing off a little now.
I'm extremely tired all the time. My boobs are so sore I can hardly touch them. I've gained a stone and a half already and have quite a large bump.
And that's without all the stressing I'm doing over.... well basically wverything.
Anyone else had or having twins? I could do with sum help 😊

I havent had them but my best friend has just had twins, she also has a 3 and 5 year old! She has been so anxious but everything just fell into place with a good routine. Your super mum powers will kick in and you will be fine. Goodluck x

I'm a twin hun happy to help with stuff my mum did with us that I know about xx

So I can't help with the twins thing at all as I'm only 9 weeks along. But the boobs hurting is a sign that your body needs iodine (it always is a sign of that). I've only had mine hurt a few days at a time but every time I've been able to get rid of that pain but supplementing (I have a liquid iodine that I can add to water which actually makes it taste very fresh anyways).
Women need more iodine than men (for the fatty tissue in the body but both need it for thyroid health). There are several chemicals that exist in the environment that displace iodine, so you really might want to consider supplementing.
