Not sure if i'm posting this in the right section but.. I haven't been on here for ages, BT cut my phone line off for no reason and are taking forever to re-connect it so i have no internet at home and have to come to the libraray
Anyway, last week i found out i'm pregnant again.. Dylan is only 5 months old so i'll have two with only 13 months between them, ARGH!!
Has anyone else got kids with a really small age gap? How did you find it?!?!

Well, im not exactly experienced yet, but so far ive found it fine! (easier then i thought i would)
All the work you do for one is alot but doing it for 2 dosent seem to be 'double the amount' if you know what i mean. When i make bottles - i do them the same time, when i change them, i do one after the other. (so its only like an extra minute or so) The washing.. well the machine does that dosent it? lol.

This could be the quiet before the storm tho.. maybe in a few months ill be tearing my hair out lol, but right now im quietly confident and looking forawrd to seeing my 2 girls grow up together.

I struggled more when i was pregnant, and had bad days where Hannah wasnt sleeping/eating etc and i just thought i was completly mad for even attempting to make it work, lol. but im glad thats overwith now :)

Congrats btw.  :D :D

Aw thanks, you've set my mind at rest a bit lol. The thing i'm worrying about most is that by the time the new baby's born Dylan will be just over a year so he'll be mobile and i'll have to take either one of them with me even when i go to the loo in case he pulls the moses basket over or something

Congratulations to you too by the way, she's gorgeous!

theres ways round that:

LOL!
someone told me to put the moses basket in a travel cot etc to protect from L.O. id do that if hannah wasnt happy in her new cage.

Congratulations Roxanne :cheer:

I'm sure you will do a fab job

P.S. I said congrats on your facebook wall incase you're wondering who Julie Bugg is

Congratulations!

My 2 youngest have 13 months between them and it is hard work but the are very close now. For the first few months I put Nathans moses basket in the travel cot to keep him safe and after that Aimee was old enough to understand a bit. I found the pregnancy extremely difficult although I had no problems. Just the tiredness and not being able to nap mainly, oh and the morning sickness when I had to feed Aimee :puke: I couldn't stand the smell of baby food. You'll be surprised though how early the start to fight with each other :rotfl:

hiya
im due next month and i have a 3 and a half year old with hemiplegia and i have an alomst 12 month old bossy little madam of a daughter  (shes 1 on 20th april). she was due on 15th may last year and now this baby is due 23rd may so there would've been 1 year between them give or take a few days.
i cannot really venture out too far anymore as i cant drive as i am.
i have too many sharp pains in my ribs and my hips and between my legs :x to drive anywhere with my little angels in the car.
im sure i will manage okay at home once the baby is here but venturing out is another matter completely. :| :| :|
i just cope with what ever is thrown at me and im sure u will too. most women do!!!

Congratulations on your pregnancy roxanne  :cheer:
I have no experience yet but don't believe going from one baby to two will be harder than going from none to one, personally, very best wishes, you will be fine and have all the Mummys here for support

Congratulations hun
All mine are fairly close together
