pls help!

the babysitter brought lola home yesterday in the pram but its broken! its a quinny buzz and she thinks its the chassis or something :S
when lolas in it the pram seems to be collapsing slowly.
has anyone had this problem?
iv only had it 7months so it should be still under warrenty right?
i havent got a reciept as my sister used to work at that shop and i know the woman who sold it me.

its likely you will have to go to the manufacturer rather but i would go to the shop first and see what they say.
