Hi,

My bbt seems really low this month with no sign of ovulation temp rise. Need some help trying to make sense of my bbt chart

What makes it think you ovulated on Day 18? So far I don’t see the rise after the dip so would say you haven’t ovulated just yet. BUT, you may have done on 18 (but it’s still not a high rise after).

Temping is so difficult to get right. There are so many factors that can make it change from day to day. Good luck.

I agree with @Sugarpop, you don't have 2 consecutive rises after the dip so you can't know if you ovulated yet. If you have two temperature rises after the 18th, then you can confirm it.

The app automatically updated my ovulation date according to my positive opk on day 17th.
I’m just so confused because my temps seem to be very low this month, unlike the previous months which are at 36.3 degree celcius before ovulation.

Could just be one of those months. If you had a + opk I wouldn’t be too concerned and just let your temps rise and confirm it.
