Just wondered if anyone has a playpen and if so, is it a god send? :)
Someone I know is selling a nearly new Graco Playpen (£90 approx new) for £30 so was thinking of getting it... But as money is so tight we need to watch our spends... We've got baby gates for the stairs but in the living room she'll be able to get to the DVD player, Virgin Box and Amp so i'll be resetting them every other day lol!

Hey hun I used.one with dd and I loved it. I have a travel cot this time ready to use . I thought it was a god send esp if I needed to do something I didn't need to worry about her or what she.was.doing x x

I've never had one but would get one for Oscar if i thought he wouldn't scream the house down every time he went in it!

I think Alice might be selling one on classifieds..??

I've just put the travel cot up in the living room as zac is constantly going for the DVD player and decorative logs in the fireplace wen I'm out the room. It's good to know they are safe if you have things to do, so I'd say go for it, sounds like a bargain x

I'm thinking of getting one myself, Odhrán is into everything  I think it would always be used and there will always be people wanting them, so will be quite easy to sell on x

I'd say go for it! At least you'll know she'll be safe in there x

sounds like a good idea, i think ill prob get one when sofia is older :)

GOD SEND i used one with my lil lad, once they start to be on the move you will be happy to just to know there safe whilst ur on loo or making a cuppa!! coz u really cant take ur eyes of em for 2 mins at that age, not to bad if ur not on your own alot of the time but i was a single parent and every were i went ds had to come so yer i would say defo good

got my old one to the ready for this one

we've got a travel cot for £30 in the end off kiddiecare. It was free delivery too. I was gonna get a2nd hand play pen too but then I thought, we'llneed a travel cot too for when we're visiting, and we wanna have our friends round for dinner with their baby so will be handy in so many ways! I didnt feel so bad for spending the £30 then

It is useful cos LOs on the move Im too scared to leave him on his mat while I go and shower, hes constantly tryingto get under furniture so I pop him in there with a few toys and cbeebies on and hes quite happy.
