Normally white milk sick has been coming out a pink colour on occasion these past 2 days... am assuming it's blood, but baby doesn't seem distressed but I can't see any bleeding nipples(which I did have last week)

Any thoughts or advice?

No advice I'm afraid, my thight would be blood. Worth asking gp or hv xx

My son had weird coloured sick occasionally in the first couple of months, sometimes pink, sometimes slightly orange. I must admit I never did anything about it and it stopped by itself (the colour, not the sick unfortunately as he had reflux). It's probably an idea just to run it by the HV or GP though. I spent loads of time worrying when a quick call might have put my mind at rest xx

If you BF the milk can change depending what you eat
My MIL came out purple after eating beetroot lol

How are your nipples? Bee had blood in her sick when my nipples were cracked and bleeding.

I'm sure its nothing untoward but It wouldn't hurt to give the HV a ring to double check?

X

Have you pumped to see if your milk is off colour? Could mean mastitis brewing for you,any pain or feeling unwell? Or maybe when feeding lo is making nipples bleed. My first did that and scared the life out of me as i thought she was seriously ill but it was just blood from my milk x
