pinching cramps

i have woken up this morning with some cramping pinching pains really low down.
i am not sure if this is normal as i am 11 dpo and i have also made my way through 3 packets of crisps and about 7 jaffa cakes and im still hungry
anyone had such cramping like this

I'm 11 dpo and have totally blown my diet today!! I've been really good so far and this morning I felt so hungry and ate loads more than I should I don't feel so bad now

how are you getting on huddsgirl? Have you retested yet (I think i remember you getting bfn?)

I'm wondering cos I've got those pinchy cramps today, and they feel different to AF

It's funny we both got the munchies on 11dpo as well, good luck!
