Help me girls!
All day I have had loads of EWCM
I am currently on CD21 and I know that I have definately OV on CD14 as I was temp charting
but since I OV I have given up with the charting and am just gonna go with the flow for the next couple of months

but what does this EWCM mean?
I have had waves of nausea and extra sensitive nipples too - so sensitve they are painfull

also had some cramping today kinda like pinching and definately not af

could this be trapped wind or ep symptoms?
