Pics exceeding forum format?

I can only upload pics that ive taken off my iphone, i can't upload of my digital camera or old pics taken from other phones as it says pic exceeds forums format!
Do you know how i can change the pics so i can upload them?

I had to upload to photobucket (like Mamafy suggested)

I just tried uploading photobucket but it was trying to charge me for it!
Ive just tried another way and it worked! Yay! i put the pic into paint then saved it under a different format! Thanks anyway guys!!

Photobucket tried to charge you?! I've been using it for years and have just opened a new account for work too and have never been charged for anything...you should be able to set up a free account if you do still want to - much easier than having to convert all your files before you upload them x

Jpg won't let me upload and all my files are in .jpg, haven't worked out another way Round it yet! X

The only file it let's me upload is j something... I had to go into paint and save the pic into that format!

I also clicked the link that mamafy sent and put my details in and it said it'll be $24!!!
