Hi Mums - my baby is due end of January next year and when I return to work in the Autumn I'm going to have to do a nursery for four mornings a week.

I've got one just down the road which I'm visiting on Friday - what sort of questions should I be asking them so make sure they are OK?

I asked this ages ago and got some good answers. Will find the link for you :D

Et Voila clicky

Seren is now settled into nursery and is very happy there. And I am happy as I was able to ask the right questions and I know she is safe and well looked after.

one thing that wasnt meantioned in that link was to check that ALL staff have been CRB checked. when you walk past rooms take a sneaky look in the windows each time cause i seen (working in nurseries) that things will change alot when a showaround comes to look then as soon as they leave the room staff will sit on the floor chatting and not interacting with the children again :x
