Hi

My GP suggested I go for physio due to my curvey spine (he suggested when I got my BFP). I got a phone call at 4pm on Friday saying could I go at 10.30am today, talk about short notice considering I haven't had correspondence with them.

Anyway do you think I should take my blue matrninty folder and notes?

not sure if you have the same stuff, but we have 'hand held' maternity notes. the ones you carry with you. when i've had physio in pregnancy i took them with me, just so the physio can have a quick look through and if she wants to write anything in there. she may want to put something in about your curved spine so that other medical pro's know about it

I would, I think they lik eyou to take them everywhere with you :D

Hope the physio helped today :D

Hi

Took my blue notes and she filled them in, so did need them. She asked me what exercises I do and I said I intended to go swimming and she told me I should go loads. I told her about the pain in my ribs and back and she said to get a better Chair, but it only happens when I sit on the sofa so I will sit on a chair instead. I told her about the siactica (can't spell) in my leg at night in bed and how it really hurts when I walk to the loo but during the day I get no pain so she gave me a crutch to use at night which I felt was a bIt over the top to be honest.

She said to see her once a month, but they would give me lots of support.

Hope everyone is well

Mx
