we got one last nov for ellies room once she was old enough to go in there.
had nothing but problems with it, it kept going off and beeping 4 or 5 times a night, we had to keep going and turning it off and on to reset it.
took it back yesterday and they gave us another one, plugged it in and it seamed to be working ok, put ellie to bed about 20 mins later i went upstairs and she was screaming but we had heard nothing on the monitor it had stopped working!!! (our living room is away from the stairs)
Took it back again and got our money back, been and got the fisher price lights and sounds which so far is ok.
has anyone else had problems with the phillips avent one?
