Persona test kit

Hi i was wondering if anyone has one of these kit's i want to know is there a way to reset it? mine is second hand but i dont seem to get it to work right it keeps showing me a number but i think it must b something to do with the last owner. silly machines

OopsyDaisy thank you very much for that site i have now got my persona test kit working i followed the "simple" instructions my booklet is in a different language so thats why i didnt know wot to do but as i said thank you very much once again for your help
