Period like cramps

I have been getting period like cramps, pretty much constantly, for the last 2 days. I am 20 weeks pregnant. Has anyone else had this? Any idea what it is? My discharge has also increased, but no bleeding.

Pretty sure it's just stretching and growing pains hun and nothing to worry about. I've had them on & off throughout xx

I'm 20 weeks and also experience the cramping every now and again, it could just be stretching inside and things like that, or you can feel period pains when you are due on your period still even through pregnancy. So when you have those pains thats what it might be hope this advise helps x
