How painful is it after?
I know I have endo so I know I will be having it treated during the op. I am quite nervous and now thinking about the pain, they go on about it being a minor op etc but surely its going to hurt after having endometriosis lasered off? I am just wanting to get an idea of when I will feel normal again and be able to get on with things x

Hey hun, i had my lap and dye op back in march and they found lots of endo all round and had to have it removed. I found the first few days pretty tough but not really bad pain wise. It then got slowly better and better after that. Healed pretty quickly and i fell pg after 2months so i cudnt have asked for a better outcome.

everyones different tho so i do hope its not too bad for you. Fx it works quick for you too.

Michelle. x

I agree with hayes, I've had 3 treatment operations for endo, 2 in Bath and 1 in Plymouth, the first few days were tough, but it slowly got better from there, even the first time when they blasted my system so much I broke their machine (it's forever in my notes that I am a diathermy machine over-heater lol). It does hurt more than the diagnosis op but it's bearable. I hope everything goes well for you

Thanks so much for your replies, I just want to be mentally prepared really. I hope its not too bad but if it is, my OH will just have to take extra good care of me and spoil me with chocs :) I hope my sticky BFP comes soon after the op x
