party dress help!!

I need help please. Its my 30th birthday at the beginning of July and me and hubby are having a joint party on June 16th (his was Saturday), but I'm having trouble finding a nice dress.
Has anyone seen any shops that have anything nice in. I went into Monsoon today but I really begrudge paying over £100 for something I might only wear the once.
Can anyone help please.

Thanks girls. I don't have either an H&M or a Zara in Derby although will do soon when our new shopping centre opens.
I think I will have to have a trip up to Meadowhall and see what the shops have.
Keep any ideas coming.
