Paracetamol and Ibuprofen

Now i cant remember for the life of me if you can take these two together.
I have some lemsip crap i have been taking for my cold and i want to take ibuprofen for the anti inflammatory properties.

Does anyone know?

They were giving me both at the same time when I was in hospital so I hope so!

Yes you can, I have to take them together all the time unfortunately. (Just don't take aspirin as well with ibuprofen)

Ive been told to take it with a 2 hour gap so paracetamol every 4 hours then 2 hours later ibuprofen every 4 hours iykwim
