Pain & Pleasure

PAIN:
I woke up yesterday morning feeling quite unwell but thought I was just hungry, so had porridge and went to work. Within an hour I was feeling REALLY unwell - sick, headachey & faint with lower stomach pains - and apparently I went very pale so my manager insisted I go to the doctor and then go home, she alo made me lay down in the first aid room while I waited for M to come & pick me up. I was feeling a bit foolish and was sure the doctor would say there was nothing wrong. However it turns out I have a water infection & raised temperature so am glad I went and now I am on antibiotics and so much water that I am thinking of setting up camp in the bathroom.

PLEASURE:
M really looked after me, he went shopping and then cleaned & hoovered the house and cooked dinner. Today I was feeling much better so we went for a mooch around an antique shop, then a wander around the Abbey followed by tea and cake in one of the local little villages. He has now gone for a golf lesson and I am catching up on CSI.

I hope everyone else is doing fine and is having a good weekend

hope you are still relaxing hun, they infections are awful, i've had about 4 now, they totally drain the energy from you the good thing is, the anti-biotics seem to work really quickly, so fingers crossed you feel better in a few days hun

CSI Vegas is the best as Grissom is the Don! However I have a bit of a thing for Horatio Caine. It's the hair. I have been known to shout at the tv when someone has seriously p*ssed of Horatio. "Ha - NOW you're gonna get it. Dead man walking". I have a tendency to get a bit overexcited about things. You should see me when the Doctor Who music kicks in - I am like a child. It's a good job Mike is so laid back to balance things out!

its not hard to get into these shows to much i do myself.!!!!

and Doctor Who god i cry buckets at the sad bits laugh out loud and the funny bits and get far to into the characters journey
