Ovulation and Ultrasound....

So I went for an ultrasound today and was diagnosed with PCOS . She asked me when my last period was and I told her I had a 2 day bleed 21 days ago. She was scanning about for abit and then asked again... And then again before I left. She told me to see my doctor in 7-10 days. Is it possible that she could see I was about to ovulate or possibly ovulated? In cd21 today and got a solid smiley on my cb advanced ov test this morning and been having sharp stabbing pains on my left for the last 5 days and had flashing smileys those 5 days.
I should have asked her if she could see if I was about I ovulate etc but was abit upset about finding out about the PCOS I just didn't think :/ x

Could you maybe ring up the hospital and ask to see what notes she made?

Ah I didn't know I could do that I'll give them a ring after the weekend and bd incase I'm about to ovulate x
