Hi ladies
I'm currently sitting downstairs with severe back pain and it goes down the right side of my groin. I also keep going to the toilet
Not sure if I've eaten something dodgy or because I did a lot of driving yday
Feeling really sorry for myself at the moment. Oh is still snoring in bed !!!

And now I've threw up over myself def think it's a bug or food poisoning! Back is still aching but tummy is feeling better x

I get back problems when I do housework, painting or driving and I cant move my legs! But it could be a bug if your being sick? Hope you feel better soon! xx
