Aching :(

Omg I'm really aching, my hips are killing especially groin area. It feels like a sciatica pain any ideas???
It's ridiculous I'm only 16 weeks I should not be aching like this. I'm not sure if it's because I did a lot of driving today.

I'm prob feeling sorry for myself as been away from home for two nights Xxxx

It could be the driving Hun hope you feel better soon.

I'm in a mess today because I did too much. I have done:
Statue of liberty/Ellis island
Rockefeller centre
Apple store
Sea port/Brooklyn bridge
Walked from central park to 32nd street

I'm paying for it big time. Been going dizzy the lot. I reckon our bodies tell us when we have overdone it.
