I've just called at McDonalds to get myself a nice strawberry milkshake...

It was only after drinking most of it that I realised its made with fresh ice cream

If its shop bought then its fine but I think fresh ice cream (like from an ice cream van) and stuff like that have got raw eggs in (am I right? )

I think it has more to with the bacteria in the machines,i used to be a manager at macs (sad i know )trust me i wouldn't eat or drink anything from there when pregnant as what goes on at some stores is not nice xx

A friend of mine used to work as a rep for a coffee machine company (the kind of machine you get in Costa and simialr coffee shops). He told me that they would often get machines in for repair which when they opened them up, were full of maggots!

Put me off coffee shops for good, lol.

Me too and I 100% agree with what Nikki says - I won't even eat there when I'm NOT pregnant.
