Well I Didn't want to ask but I need reasurence first.....here goes:

Before I got pregnant when it was time for my AF I used tampons, then obviously I got pregnant so I didn't worry about that for 9 months, but it's that time for me again to see whether it will be ok for me to go back to using them ? ?


I'm only unsure because once I'd had my lil one I used sanitry towels, so not sure whether i am safe to use tampons again

I feel silly for asking but want to make sure it's ok if you get what I mean ?

Don't feel silly hun

You should be fine using Tampons, i can't think of a reason why not
I have been using them agin afew months after i had Jack, but i had to gor for more absorbant as Af is now heaveir than b4 i had him (soz if TMI)

I had two periods in between having Ella and getting pg again. For the first I used sanitary towels and for the 2nd I braved Tampons. They did feel a little weird to be honest, hope I'm not the only one

im on my thrid AF now since having Harley the first 2 times i used towels but the last 2 days iv been using tampons they are not as comfy as before but not to bad getting used to them

I am going on hol and my AF is due while I'm away but still want to go swimming and using tampons is easier than towels I think anyway.

Well I'll give them a try again, thanks girls just needed someone to say it was ok to use them again.

This really is tmi but I didn't think I'd stretched that much, but lets just say I didn't feel much of a 'grip' on the tinyest tampons

I used them on my first period after having Aaron, I found them uncomfortable for ages. I swapped between towels and tampons for two periods when they became more comfortable again. I hate towels so much so made myself get used to them again

Oh i hate towels too not looking forward to having to use them after LO is born, I always feel like im wearing a nappy and I feel dirty wearing them too

I never wear towels, the plasticy coating irritates me so i only use tampons, so i dunno what i'm gonna do once LO is here

I had the multipack ones and the smallest ones (can't remember what colour ) weren't much cop at all. Regular and Heavy were ok though. Felt really strange at first!

I've had two periods since having Nathan and used tampons both times. The 1st time they didnt feel the same but when I used them again for my second period they were fine
