yay oh babe thats great how was he afterwards? i always find alfie is much happier after a good sleep and so am i.
ah im so glad rowan and louie are having better naps, it can be so demanding when they are awake all day and constantly grumpy, first time ever yesterday alfie fell asleep playing on his playmat i as in the kitchen thought hmmm someones rather quiet walked in hed pulled his blanky over him rolled onto his side and was asleep

Rowan is now having 2 naps a day and I'm putting him down in his cot and putting the mobile on. It seems to be working although he does still only have 30 mins each time but hey its a start He still has his grumpy moments but thats more down to the reflux than anything else I think.
