****October 2014 mummies****

I forgot to look in Argos. Theres a couple in there I like and they are cheaper than the mothercare one I was looking at :-).

I've found the Moses basket I like in kiddicare and got some vouchers through so even better. Gunna get stand and basket from there in few weeks when have somewhere to put it.

Argos have offers on some of the moses baskets. The one I had my eye on was £31.99 now £23.99 and its in stock in my tiny local Argos. Thanks beci I forgot all about Argos. Im going to reserve and collect after work tomorrow xxx :-) and if I buy a stand they are 1/3 off :-)

Total bargain Claire Louise!! Now u will have to think of something else to spend the rest of the winnings on :) x

Fab Claire, def a bargain xx and def change to buy something else :) xx

I've just spent the extra money. I know what I just bought won't be used straight away but it was such a good offer, in Argos again in the baby sale. A chicco high chair that was £69.99 reduced to £31.99 . I've got it when I want it then and I won't have to pay out when the time comes when money will be tighter .
We've also just sold our treadmill too so the money will go on carpet for the nursery :-)

Good work Claire x I've really got to get my arse into gear and start buying things! I have bought almost nothing but hopefully will start after the scan xx

I expect you have still got most of Joe's things still, that will come in handy :-) . We are going to wait to buy the nursery furniture as we have so much decorating too do :-)

I've got a couple of his things but I gave a lot away, his cot side broke so I threw his cot out. He hated all his pushchairs (3 of them in a year!) and walked everywhere at 13 months!! So need a new travel system too. I have loads of his toys from a baby and kept 2 suitcases of clothes and pram suits etc xx no high chair, no feeding stuff etc, his monitors broke too so I feel like I'm almost starting again! But I will enjoy choosing lots of new things :) xx

I have ordered nursery furniture and got my eye on other things but waiting on husband decorating our room then nursery before I go on spending spree. Today though he took skirting of and put it behind him then forgot and stood on the nail with barefoot so no more DIY today

Ouch, that's got to hurt! Hope he's ok Heather!

I've been out today to buy an assortment of tester pots from Homebase and finally decided on the colour of the nursery walls. Can't wait to get them painted and then put the wall stickers up. I found some fab ones on Etsy.

Claire Louise make sure to look at the Emma's diarys argos vouchers incase they apply to anything your buying! xxx

He is fine got a tetanus in February and he has just to rest it for 24 hours when he managed to pull the nail out himself but alot of blood so I went to have a look but ended up boking so was no help.
I have been looking at different ideas for nursery and seen a grey room I liked so thinking about having a darker wall with tree sticker and then lighter grey on others. Husband found a really good site online think it was not on the high street?

On the subject of Moses baskets, I have decided to get one rather than a crib but I was wondering if it'd be safe to put it on top of our chest of drawers as very limited on space... Hopefully I haven't just suggested something very unsafe but please tell me if it is xx

Coach you little beauty you have saved me another Tenner :-). Xxx

Noami I was gunna balance one on our leather dining room chairs but OH wouldn't let me.

Heather I'm doing my nursery in a very pale grey, we bought the paint last weekend. I'm having white furniture and ive bought a lot on the country kisses range from kiddicare , they had a huge sale on the range last week.

Claire I just wanted something different from ur blue as I found out having a boy and when searching online I seen a lovely grey nursery and can add blue in from bedding etc or the sticker if I get the tree u can choose different colours for the leaves
