****October 2014 mummies****

Phew lol ... Yea I don't know how she managed that, maybe they had free postage last week! still less than half price at £14.95... Now I'm afraid it won't be cold enough before baby grows out of the newborn size! Lol x

It will be cold enough in October and newborn should be fine for a couple of weeks I would have thought.

Updated the list :-) hope ive not missed anyone. Just let me know if I have.
It was our 5 year anniversary yesterday so Abi stayed at my parents house last night and we went out for a meal. Its been so long since we have done anything together so it was lovely. My sickness is much better, I'm still have some rubbish days but yesterday was good and took all my meds so that I could manage last night. Was pleased to leave by 9 though as all the smells of different foods was getting a bit much.
Hope everyone has had a nice weekend :-) xx

Aw your anniversary dinner sounds lovely, congrats Steffy :)

I'm going out to dinner on sat and really want a rare steak, but I shall be going for the carbonara, hopefully it will be nice!

I seemed to have went a bit crazy with purchases yday, after saying I would buy nothing until the 20 week scan, I bought the little pram suit as you all know and then last night these just happened to fall into my online basket :/

I love baby shopping. I even bought a pack of newborn nappies the other day just to indulge :)

The Johnsons nighttime bubble bath is gorgeous I use a bit of Max's in my baths!

Congrats on your 5 year anniversary Steffy. Hope everyone's got a good week planned. Mine's going to be super busy as I have my best friends wedding on Saturday and I'm one of the bridesmaids. Am very excited but it does mean this week is going to fly by and there's lots to do. I also have my 16 week mw appointment on Thursday so hopefully I'll hear the heartbeat :) xxx

CoachQueenie I have bought exactly the same moses basket lol
How strange is that haha

My week is only getting excited wed ( ante natal clinic and no idea what's gonna happen there ) thu seeing my mw finally to do heartbeat. Cant wait for that. Otherwise nothing big happening so far.
I wish everyone a nice start into the week.

Think I need to get caught up on the buying. So far we bought an isofix base and a new bottle brush! haha. I was thinking of getting some nappies in the asda baby event but I'm sure they have another one June/July time so thought I would wait until then. Think I might start getting some bits for me in, like pads and breast pads. At least then I feel like we are getting something. My friend who is only 11 weeks already has moses basket, stand, bouncer, some clothes, nappies. I think that is prob a bit forward planning though xx

Lol thats a lot for 11 weeks. OH and me want to have a look at prams this week, just to get an idea what we are looking for.
I do have loads of clothing but all given to me snd all mainly 3-6 and 6-9 months. Nothing bought yet though.
My mum orderd an angelsound heart beat doppler today as I am very nervous at the moment, no idea why.
Otherwise only have 2 moses baskets, one for my house and one st my mums and thats all... am I late getting stuff? Lol

Hi please could i join :D Due 31st October and have my gender scan on 31st May :D

No, you're not late! I've not got anything apart from a toy rabbit and some socks from h&m, but they're soooooo cute! As a matter of fact we should get a move on and start buying stuff.

I'm just back from my appt with the gynaecologist. They said everything's fine, we've a 1:10,000 chance of having a baby with Down's, I've put on hardly any weight (couldn't believe that, I'm huuuuge!) and we got to hear the heart beat which was lovely! The only down side is the doc confirmed some of my pains are contractions and said I need to take things easy, which is the one thing I can't do for the moment, but cervix is high and hard so nothing to worry about for the moment. Only 6 more weeks to wait til scan...

Pips thats great newd. Not so much witn the contractions though. Do try and take it easy.
I can't wait till the 2nd of june... wish it was end of may already lol so impatient

Haha no way vampysgirl! Have u actually got it yet? If so what's the quality like? Mine won't be arriving until Thursday!

I know what pram and car seat I want but I will deff wait to buy those!

11 weeks is deffo very early! I even think now at 17 weeks I'm too early but then it is easier to spread the cost over a longer time frame!

Aw that's great pips, deffo try to take it easy as much as possible tho, baby needs to stay put!! x

Hi girlies I hope you are all having a good day. I was until I logged into my Facebook and found out that at the weekend the helicopter crash in Afghanistan, one of the soldiers was an old school friends husband. RIP Spen Faulkner and your soldier heros. Xxxx.

I am actually glad I had some hand downs as its expensive enough already lol. Plus my friend only had designer stuff hehe. So I will have a posh tott in ralph lauren lol. I personally would never spend that much on clothes as they grow out soooo fast lol
