Nursing strike!!

Just been reading on Kelly mom and it sounds like this is what's going on with G. Anyone else been through this?

Seems like there's loads of reasons and one of them is teeth??!!

So fingers crossed we can get sorted.

She fed with me at night and this morning.

That's good. Tyler has sometimes in the evening before bed but like I said before I just leave him to moan in his cot for half an hour then have another go. He also skipped a couple of feeds when started teether but as he got nothing else it didn't last too long! Dunno what we'd do if he totally wouldn't take as we'd be screwed!!!

If you think it might be teething you could try teething gel about 10 minutes before feeding to see of that helps. Or of its really bad calpol about 30 mins before. Plus my little ones struggled to nurse when other stuff going on as they got older. Tv etc distracted them do used to do all home time feeds in her nursery. Really helped so might be worth a try

Thinking we might go get some powder incase the gel is numbing her mouth too much.
