Nursery and Routines

I was speaking to another Mum the other day and the nursery they are using has contacted them to tell them what routine they do with the babies and asking the parents to try and get them onto that routine before they start at nursery. I haven't heard anything like this from the nursery we are going to be using (my LO starts in a different nursery 1 week later than hers does) and out LO's are 2 weeks apart in age. I assumed that the nursery would follow my routine, but now I am not so sure. What are other Mum's experiences? Thanks.

That's interesting.

The nursery we'll be using said that we should let them know Isaacs routine and she said normally new arrivals to the nursery soon follow suit with the rest of the babies.

At the moment Isaac should fit in nicely with them but he's not going to nursery until April so goodness knows what his routine will be then.
