Not been around loads this week

I feel guilty because I haven't been around much this week to support all the lovely people who support me!!
I have managed to grab a few mins to scan the forums now and again, but work is MANIC at the moment. I get in from work and then I have hours of paperwork and rubbish to do. The start of term is always mad for me.
I won't be on all weekend either because i am going away tomorrow until Sunday with a group i volunteer with. It seemed like a good idea when I signed up months ago, but now I am shattered and could really do with a weekend sleeping!!

I just wanted to give a big hug to all my first tri buddies, I hope you're all doing well and taking things easy

Aww you must be shattered What age do you teach? My sister teaches secondary gcse level (not at the mo though as she has 2 year old twins and a newborn). She never had any spare time whenever she was off work she had marking or lesson plans to do, and she used to be in work early and not be home till about 5 and then work all night , and people think teachers have it easy!

Hello I teach Special Needs children in lower seniors. They are great, but it is hard to get planning paperwork done in the holidays because you have to get to know them properly to plan well for them, they all need individual plans!! It is always manic at first, but then you get to know them and it gets easier. I just wish I was at that point now
