Hi

Hope someone can help me. Am 5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. With my first baby, now 3, I was sick before I even tested and felt and was sick every day till I was 14 weeks but this time nothing. Is this normal or do you think something may be wrong.

I am a terrible worrier and so so want this to work! I have sore boobs and back ache and have had the occassional heave but think this may be more worry than hormone related.

Has anyone else had this?

Hope you can put my mind at ease,

Loads of love xx :moon:

dont worry hunny, i didnt have a bit of sickness, nor any real symptoms throughout....i was really lucky so enjoy it!!!!xxx

hiya hun dont worry its perfectly normal, some women get lots of symptoms and sickness others get none.

just noticed hun your from kent where bouts?

Don't worry Daisy there's plenty of time yet to develop morning sickness. I only had nausea and it didn't kick in until about 8 weeks.

If you don't get it... don't worry... you are one of the lucky ones!

i was as sick as a dog with my first (boy) and nothing with my second (girl) so try not to worry

I didnt even know i was pregnant with my DD 11 years ago, infact i didnt even find realise till i was 5 months gone!
This one is completely different, i've been sick as a dog since 6 weeks and also had a couple of bleeds :?
Just shows how different every pregnancy is chin up flower

I was sick till 8 months with my first and then nothing with my second or this one. Ive got 2 girls so it doesn't mean a different pregnancy is a different sex!

I was fine in my first pregancy then really sick with my 2nd and they were both girls. Been ok this time too and its a boy.

Thank you so much everyone, I feel so much better as have heard of people not ill with first then ill with 2nd but not the other way round, this has really assured me - it would be great if this lasts!
Keeping everytihng crossed everything is going to be ok!

my sister says that in my family if your having a girl you get morning sickness if your having a boy you dont maybe it applys to you or the other way round

I am also one of the lucky few who don't really suffer with sickness woohoo! Sometimes I feel queezy but hardly ever. Mind you the folic acid im taking contains ginger and that calms the sickness down alot so maybe that's why.

I had horrendous nausea with my first baby but have had absolutely NO symptoms at all this time around. No idea why - perhaps I'm having a boy as Manda224 says.... !

Anyway, please try not to worry - I know it's hard.
