Nipple shields

Can you use these for expressing? My nipples are a mess and that's using lanolin cream!!

I'm not sure what you mean by expressing hunny? A decent breast pump will (or shouldn't) touch your nipples or make them sore. I used nipple shields for my whole 6 month feeding journey with H as he wouldn't feed without them x

I've no idea why but my nipples are still cracked and sore from using a pump. I use lanolin religiously too. Don't know if it's from where it's squeezed in pump!

What pump do you have hun? Do you have the right sized attachment on it?

Medela pumps have 3 different sizes for the nipple area so it could be that your using a size that is too small x
