I am really unsure what to do as we are using bambino mio nappies as we used them thoughout with our son and got on great with them, but this time around we have a little girl who will be 3 weeks old on weds and she is going sometimes for 6hrs throughout the night between feeds, but as a result, she is soaking wet through. We have tried changing her whilst not waking her, but this doesn't work and she wakes up screaming. I really dont want to have to put disposables on, but am at abit of a loss. Any advise would be grateful!

i use bambino mios and when K was younger, and in the bigger sizes i used to put a size 1 one in there too so it boosted it, but obv at this age you cant really! can you get disposable booster pads over there? mothercare sell them and i used to use them when K was in her hip plaster! i think they probably deliver to europe tho!

I have just ordered some night nappies from Nappies by Minki. They are called huggles and come in 4 sizes. They are only £8.50 a nappy. They need a wrap over them and they are cheap also. They came highly reccomended by a fellow cloth bum mum. The mothercare smart nappy disposable inserts also work very well but i cant get a good fit on Lucas with the smart nappy outer xx

Thank you, there is a mothercare here actually, so I shall have a look, but like you said, it may be easier to surf the net for them! Most people here look at me like I have gone mad when I say I use washables-nobody uses them over here which really suprised me!

I'd try a booster of some description with a stay dry top or a fleece liner for starters x

I have literally tried all kinds of nappies, boosters, liner, etc etc but my boy also wets them very soon! I put him in disposables at night (when he goes to bed I put one one) and in the morning I take it off (and it is very full) . the rest of the day he wears cloth ones. If I don't do this I need to change him at least every 3 hours (also during the night) and that is just too hard for me. When he will still fed several times at night I had him in cloth ones but after about 5 month when he peed more he needed a disposable.

I would try a fleece liner and a booster, we use tot bots bamboozles on a night with a fllece liner
