In the future I would like to go out for the night and have a drink my question is what do you do with your milk? I plan to build up a frozen supply, but what do you do when your out do you have to express so not to mess up your supply? And if you have been drinking you would have to throw your milk away because you couldnt give it to the baby? Sorry I have no idea xx

I was out with my friend recently for a hen day/night. She breast feeds and had a good stock pile in the freezer but did express and dump twice while we were out xx
