New to 2nd tri!!! had scan yesterday

Hello everyone, I am new to second tri and slightly late in moving across.

I went for my first scan yesterday and was confirmed at 13weeks 4days!!!
The little one is due 04.01.08

I am so excited and now it seems very real.

I would welcome any advice on what to expect.

Have no real symptoms except being REALLY REALLY tired!!!!!

oh if you can me how to attach a picture I will post my scan pic also!!!!

Then any pictures you ahve on your PC, you can upload to this site, it will then automatically change your picture's URL into one that fits in forums like this. Hi and welcome to tri 2

As for what to expect in this tri, I still have morning sickness, you should feel baby move at one point, you should have the blood test for downs syndrom, hear babys heart beat if you havent already and a 20week scan. I think thats it.

Oh and the tiredness hasnt got better for me. Hope you feel ok soon tho.

I was hoping the tiredness will start to get better really soon!!!
Haven;t really had any other symptoms (touch wood).
Yesterday was amazing seeing the baby, but haven't heard the heart beat yet so looking forward to that.
Thanks for that it is useful to know what to expect (well except the triedness )

Expect the unexpected!

The peeing dies down for a little bit but the swelling of ankles and feet take over. You may find sleep is disturbed and around the 20 week mark, you’ll be getting up at night more to pee. Eating habits will continue but you may find you become full up quickly, try to eat smaller meals about 5 times a day rather than 3 big meals.
