...until today! i decided last saturday to see if cutting the junk and walking for 1 hour every day would be enough to shift some flab. i've chosen mondays as my weighing day but curiosity got the better of me this morning and i sneakily got on the scales, and...

down 2.1kg / 4.6lbs!!!

i started out at 72.1kg / 11st 5lbs, now i'm 70kg / 11st and less than 1/2lb!

it's not even been a struggle so far.. i've enjoyed the walks, and as for the food i've just made sure i have had loads of water and good, nutritious, healthy food rather than quick fixes, choccie and crisps! that website i found is great though, has helped me loads!

(i did have a "sneaky" pack of quavers though... )

long may it continue! :D

welldone, keeo it up, the walking will doyou great and make you feel good, I wish I could cut out junk, but I like my crisps too much!

Well done hon  The walking definately helps me, the weeks I don't do as much I notice it on the scales!

I was eating a lot of crap as well! It was getting a bit out of hand and I was actually starting to gain weight despite the breastfeeding

So I have dragged my bike out of the shed and started eating a lot better now. I have lost about four pounds so far and plan to lose about another stone.

Well done you! :D

Hi

good for you and i would allow your self a weekly treat you deserve it and if you dont you might binge even more

Hi Petchy

Well done!
Once you get into the habit of not eating the junk it becomes easier.

I've been cutting down over the past month and already feel a big difference... hmmm now I just need to stop "treating" myself when I've been good for a few days! :D
