Need Proof of prengnancy to take to court

sounds drastic, dean had someone over tonight to talk about his finances, hes going to court next week about reposession of the flat. they said i should go along to prove im pregnant. but that would mean me taking a day off work. if i phoned the drs and explained would they give me a proof of pregnancy which my OH could take to court?

Do you still have your dating scan letter? It will have all of your details included (name, address etc), that should be enough...

I always used my pregnancy notes as proof of pregnancy

ah great idea! i think i will just let him take my notes with him. Dean was talking alot of sense tonight. The man he spoke to said this was the worst case he had seen, and that dean is obviously awful with his money. which is good news in a way, its not unsalvagable! Its Deans fault and he needs to pull himself up by the socks pretty sharply!

yep or ask for a matb1 form (proof of pregnancy form has due date on etc)

They won't give the MATB1 form out till 20 weeks - unless u have a nice doctor. Mine wouldn't - luckily I was over 20 weeks when I asked for it.

I'd take your notes - simple way of proving it

My maternity notes have OH name in them too listed as the father, so that could be useful as then they can't accuse him of just using anyones scan pics x
