need help resizing!

i wanna put a new pic on my ticker but i dont kno how to reduce the size to 100kb

cant remember how i did it last time think dionne did it for me actually-

please someone tell me how, or do it for me if i email u the pic!

Clicky - I found this site really easy to use - I just used the avatar option and chose my size, for your ticker you can resize to 200 and it will work - once it's resized it lets you save to you PC then you can add to your ticker
