After BT spending 6 months telling us we could have broadband and then 2 days before Green Bean was born telling us we couldn't we have decided to go with Sky, who have told us we can get Broadband - at a speed of half a meg/gig whatever it is, but still it's better than dial up.
They then rang the other day to say there is a problem with our line so we can't get broadband Well both our neighbours can so it is our specific phone line and we told BT this during our epic battle with them and they said there wasn't a problem with our line as we could make and receive calls...
Anyhoo, Sky have said that they are in contact with BT and are trying to get an engineer out to sort it (something BT refused to do when we tried as there is no problem with our line... apparently!)
