Nausea is Back??!!!!???!!!

I don't understand this, but my nausea has come back the last couple of days!!!! Has this happened anyone else at this stage? I also have been getting really bad sinus pain/headaches over the past 2 weeks, which was manageable but now with the sickness back I feel horrendous again!!!! I'm hoping it is just a passing phase!!! xx

I'm the same, my sickness has eased off but I do have sick moments.
