poor lillie has had like little sores for nearly a week now they came when i started using new huggies wipes so i stoped but its still there shall i take to doctors its nit much but looks sor ive been using cream but wont go away..
she is theething so i know it may be this but any ideas of better creams ive tried sudacream and bepanthen xx

give her a salt bath and keep her in for as long as pos
y0ou will see it clearing up as soon as your get her dry
then this stuff is fab will clear it straight up

Apply egg white to her bum at every nappy change.
