my baby seems poorly :(

millies not really been herself 2day, she seems less happy than usual, been sticking her bottom lip out a lot! (altho we hav had some smiles and giggles!)
and she seemed a bit wheezey earlier and has a slight cough.
also she didnt poo until just now (and OMG what a huge poo!) she obviously had tummyache as she started screaming when on her back and bringing her knees up and quietening when held upright with some pressure on her tummy.
she had her 2nd set of injections on monday, could they be the cause, even 5 days later?
