Hey

I am currently doing some market research on future mums about how pregnancy has changed their lives for the better.

It will be in relation to quitting bad habits, eating healthier and exercise.

If anyone would be kind enough to help with this, if you could reply back on this forum with an answer to the following questions:

· What is your name and where are you from?
· How many months are you pregnant?
· Did you have any bad habits before you became pregnant?
· What did you change in your life when you became pregnant?

Thank you so much

Tom

Hi Tom, Happy to help out with any research but a lot of people are annonymous on here so might not want to put their names, me included. Can you tell me what/who the research is for?

1. n/a / Edinburgh area.
2. just over 9 months pregnant.
3. bad habits. Not exercising enough. Eating crap.
4. changes. Stopped drinking. Stopped eating all food that pregnant people are to avoid. Started yoga. Learnt to drive.

Nothing really out of the ordinary with changes, just the usual things.

Hiyaa I'm happy to help with it too :)

My name's Hayley and I'm from chesterfield in Derbyshire,
I'm 38 weeks pregnant so I'm about 8 and a half months to 9 months pregnant,
I didn't excersise enough, and ate rubbish! As above! Loll
I haven't really changed much, I never smoked and hardly drunk but I've completely cut alcohol out of my diet (for now!)
