MSN help

Somebody sent me a link on msn and I stupidly clicked on it and now it is using my IM to sign people up their website

So sorry if any of you who have my msn have been receiving this, I know Flame pm'd me about it.

Anyone have any advice on how to stop it happening, cos I don't have a clue and I daren't sign into msn now
