my msn has been playing up for a few days now, but now i havent been able to sign in for the past 2 days ive tried everything but it just keeps saying troubleshoot and when i do that it tells me everything is fine

anyone else having probs with MSN?

i have problems all the time like that. i sometimes get on and it boots me off straight away. its really annoying

mines fine... but its been takin o/h about 45mins - and hour to sign on each time he tries

My daughter had the same problem where she just couldn't get on.

I ended removing MSN because everytime i chatted my PC got slower and slower(maybe i should give it another try).

got it fixed now it was something to do with the time and date because our computerdate has to be set to 2003 because OH uses a disc thing to check for ford parts and it willonly work with the date set to the date of the disc if that makes sence i know how to fix it now incase it happens again

weestar i am having that exact problem i thought that it was something i had done to my firewall by mistake but i cant do it, and when i troubleshoot all the ticks are green
mines been like this all week now i'm so depressed i cant talk to my friends online

do ya reckon mines the same problem somehow?

ok after you do the troubleshoot click repair and it will come up witha list of possible problems we clicked on brows error code and that will give you another list of possible probs. It could be your firewall it was that that caused probs with our whole internet server the last timebecause it done an automatic update and and installed loads of new things but because we hadso many firewalls they were cancelling each other out.

try repairing thetroubleshoot thing and brows and see what the error code says and then one by one go through what it suggests may bewrong and hopefully you will get it sorted. Sorry im nt any good with computers at all so cant tell you a quicker way to try sort it
