Mothers helper tea to boost milk supply

....may I just recommend this. I was told it helps to boost milk supply and after having trouble expressing this morning I got some. Well, after only one cup I have milk literally pouring out of me (including squirting into the OH's cheek ). I think the same happens with Fennel tea, according to a friend.

where do u get it from?

I got it from a health food shop but had to try a couple first before I found it. You can also get it online - heres one of the places that does it

what does it taste like? i'd like to get some, but i know i won't drink it if it's horrible!
