Cannot believe it - I wet the bed last night!!!! Utterly mortified. Luckily (!) I have been sleeping in spare room. I can't understand how on earth it happened as I had already been up a couple of times to the loo so my bladder couldn't have been that full. But at about 3am I jumped a mile in the air and got fright of my life when it ... Just happened!!! I'm panicking so much now that it's going to happen during the day somewhere - still got 3 weeks of work left.
Oh the shame of it............

Don't underestimate how fast your bladder can get full. Maybe also the baby was putting pressure on it?
Oh the joys of pregnancy...
I suppose during the day you will have to give it a go and empty your bladder every h or less and more pelvic floor exercise, and tena lady....
I can't say that I am looking forward to the 3 trimester

Mrs KM I did worry but it was defo wee (dear god so much information!! Sorry) I suppose it's given me a taste of what waters going in middle of night feels like. Scared to drink to much today!! And yip- pelvic floor exercises are top priority again now!!!!

Were you dreaming of needing the toilet, I find that's when it happens with me, or it is when baby is sat on my bladder

If it makes you feel any better I was on the sofa yesterday. I sneezed and wet myself!! Thank goodness for washable throws. Pregnancy is so glamourous.

I needed to pee last week but not desperately but then my mum phoned. While talking to her I coughed and peed a little baby must have been pressing right down on my bladder and if I pee my pants at 5 months what on earth will I be like as I get further on!? You're not alone lol xxxx

you really arent alone hunni i went loo, sorted my daughter out for bed and got her in bed then went and ran a bath for other half when walking down stairs i sneezed and ended up peeing myself it was only 10 minutes before i went loo, x x x

Last night I coughed so hard that I wee'd myself too
Was sat on the sofa, looked down and there was a wet patch - hubby was sat opposite me so I had to pretend to spill squash over myself to put the covers in the wash! I think I'm going to have to up my pelvic floor exersizes and get some of those tena lady things til I shift this cough
