Mods i'm being nosey

In Off Topic in the second column sometimes it has a loveheart or a question mark. Do you mods put it here or can anyone do that

Actually, when you create a new post, you can choose to insert a 'Topic Icon' (there are about 11 to choose from) - you'll find it just above the line where you insert your subject title. Hope this helps
