At what age are they meant to get it? I'm sure it's 12 months.

Well Jack turns 12 months on the 12th August and we go on holiday on 31st August. The thing is I don't want him to be poorly for when we go away.. but at the same time I don't want to put him at risk by not getting it.

Will it be ok for him not to have it? I don't want him to have it too early either. Hmmm..

I got Sam done at fifteen months, no reason other than I didn't get a chance before!

I know people who've had it done at nine months as well. I think the twelve months thing is just a rough guide. They're not fully protected until they've had the booster though.

If it helps I've had all three of my kids done and not one of them suffered as much as a raised temp.......

Thanks girls, I guess i'll get it done when we get home :D

My little red book says anytime between 12-18mths... Arianna got hers done at 13mths

Aaron was 13 months. He had a jab at 12 months which I think it a men c booster or something and then I booked his MMR for the next month.

They haven't contacted us about Alex's yet and he's 16 months

its 13 months but i've not had all of mine done till they were 18 months coz i felt better about it. hv was fine about it.
