Casey has milk spots on her chin and cheeks and although I know its not an emergency but they look so so sore! The Health Visitor said just to clean them with water and cotton wool which I have been doing - but OH's gran said to try something on them (cant remember the name now! Typical! Lol).

Has anyone got any suggestions/advice?
OH said to me 'ask the lassies on the PF!' haha! He knows me too well lol xxx

K had some but they just went after a couple of weeks on their own. Not sure what you could try to help!

I have only ever wshed K's face with water. Are you bf? The doctor. Reccommended I cut dairy out of my diet and the first thing I noticed was how clear her face was.... I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or not though.
